City Of London
A city and county that contains the historic centre and primary central business district of London, England.
The Brief
We were approached by the City of London, who had a large, detailed report about how cities grow to become large financial centres. We needed to outline and explore the main parts of this report in an animated video.
Animation
We knew going into this project that we would be creating the video for a captive audience who already had some background on the subject. Therefor, we fashioned a script that would keep the viewer interested but not patronise them.
We created storyboards, animatics, and pre-visualisation for the client to sign-off on before we began our 3D render. We completed the animation and worked with the client to select the appropriate music track.
Our end feedback was very positive, with the video creating the desired impact on the City of London’s audience.
