Step #1 – Login to your YouTube account. Click on My Channel and then Video Manager.

Step #2 – Select the video that you want to geo-tag. Click on the Advanced Settings tab underneath the video.

Step #3 – Enter the street address in the box titled Video Location and click the search button. The address will then display on the map below the box. When you are satisfied that it is the correct location click the blue Save Changes button at the bottom of the screen.

Next time you navigate back to the Advanced Settings for that video you should notice that the address has been converted into the numerical longitude and latitude for that particular street address.
