We are adept at blending into the background as we’re aware your audience need to have their undivided attention on the speaker, not watching a cameraperson move a tripod half way through a keynote.
We will arrive early so we’re set up and ready to go in plenty of time as on the day you want to be concentrating on making your guests feel welcome, not on where your camera crew should be.
We have built up a huge amount of specialist equipment, which our crew know like the back of their hand.
We’re used to assessing the lighting considerations in each venue to determine whether we need to bring in extra lighting.
We own a large variety of lenses which allow us to be flexible and choose the right camera positions on the day.
Sound recording is an essential part of every conference and we’re used to working with AV teams to take a feed from their sound desk but we can also provide our own sound equipment including radio mics if necessary.
We offer a fast turnaround editing service with review and approval tools for you to send us feedback efficiently. We can also add in slides from powerpoint decks to give context to the speaker’s presentation.
We’re happy to live stream your conference if required.
