PFQ Qualification

We created an animated explainer for the Project Fundamentals Qualification (PFQ), part of APM’s suite of professional learning content. Building on the style of their previous PMQ and ChPP animations, this video uses a character-led narrative to make key project management concepts feel clear and accessible. We made sure the cast reflected a broad range of backgrounds and experiences, keeping things inclusive and relatable throughout. The story explores how project management applies across a mix of industries, helping learners see how the qualification connects to the real world.
