Billing Management

We worked with our client BlueYonder to devise a new look for their animations. Previously we have worked in the collage style to create an award winning animaiton for a brand campaign but a new look and feel was required, one that could be used across multiple campaigns going forwards. 

 
 

From a strategic workshop we learned enough about the brand and their target audience to create style frames that would fall in line with requirements. We used brand guidelines as a starting point for the colour scheme and added in characters closely aligned to human forms, rather than elongated creative representations of people which have been popular in explainer videos for the last decade. The reason for this was respecting the maturity and intelligence of the target audience, so avoiding anything that could be considered ‘cartoony.’

 
 

We wrote the script based on bullet points provided by the client. We strived for clarity and simplicity so condensed as much information as possible into the visuals, meaning the dialogue was reserved for only the most important points.

 
 

Once style frames were approved we storyboarded a dynamic video which depicted the script with key visuals which would stick in the viewers’ mind long after the first viewing.

 
 

The animation phase went smoothly, with minimal amends because everything had been agreed in the storyboard process.

 
 

Sound design was added to give the extra layer of storytelling oomph and the result is a high-quality, engaging video which will set the tone for future brand animations.

 
The client was delighted with the results and praised our communication throughout the project.
