We decided that using a money jar would be a simple but effective way to visualise how saving with The People’s Pension works. We animated the jar with pound coins to show how the more money you put in, the more the pot grows. We explained how the charging structure works by voiceover and supported the narrative with clear infographics to demonstrate the maths.

To help make the animation as relatable as possible, we included an example of a woman who’s got £15,000 in her pension and how her rebate has grown every year as a direct result of saving with The People’s Pension.

By mixing bright animation with concise infographics we met BC&E’s goals to help simplify communications around their management charge and ultimately reduce visits to their Contact Us page and increase account activations.
