Teacher Recruitment Video

We created this video for ISTD (Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing) to help recruit more teachers into their programmes.

We crafted this student recruitment video by giving their target audience enough information about the opportunities available to lead them to ISTD’s website to learn more and make an enquiry.

The dance industry was facing a shortage of teachers so ISTD reached out to us to help communicate the many benefits of a career as a dance teacher.

In this film we used visual storytelling to show how rewarding it can be to impart knowledge onto the next generation. Shots of people mentoring younger pupils will entice the sort of person who is drawn to naturally teaching. A willingness to share a wealth of experience with those who are eager to learn is requisite for the job so the video also acts as a qualification tool to help sift the right candidates and encourage string applications.
