When filming testimonial videos we like to get to cover as many USPs of our client’s service as possible. In our series of case study testimonial films for Trafalgar we were able to extoll the virtues of travelling with them. We like to get to the heart of why customers love the brand so we travelled spent an evening with the lovely people on an excursion to Tuscany with Trafalgar.
Our case study films are unique because we don’t just gather nice comments about the client’s service, we also like to present the viewer with a video that feels like it’s made just for them. We take our time to understand the thoughts, concerns and what really appeals to our client’s target customers. We then present them with a video that addresses those points from the very start.
