Wouu are a retail software company who asked us to create a series of videos to explain a number of their software products. This video demonstrates the benefits of their customer experience management software. Our brief was to demonstrate how their product works across a number of industries; anything from boat builders, to bespoke jewellers to luxury hotels and spas.

We worked with the client to create a script that mentions features and benefits of the product, but also highlights how retailers facilitate the emotional connections between customers and the products that they experience.
