The Brief
Position APM as the leading voice in project management through a programme of educational YouTube content, building awareness and credibility with professionals at every stage of their career.
The Output
12 videos combining long-form educational content and Shorts, each built around the topics APM’s audience is actively searching for.
APM needed to be where project managers go to learn. So before a single frame was shot, we researched what their audience was actually searching for. Each video was scripted to teach something useful, structured for retention, and uploaded by us with SEO-led titles, descriptions, tags, and chapters so APM’s expertise would surface at the right moment. The results show it worked: viewers are watching nearly half of each long-form video on average, saving content to return to, and subscribing at well above the channel average. When people repeatedly turn to APM for answers, membership becomes the natural next step.
